  • We connect our clients with trusted independent lawyers specializing in property purchases in Spain. Each client signs a separate agreement directly with the law firm to ensure a fully secure and transparent transaction. Legal service packages typically range from €1,250 to €2,000, depending on the property value.

    Services by the Lawyer (not included in the package)

    • Complete due diligence on the property (verification of debts, mortgages, ownership, licenses, and encumbrances).

    • Drafting and reviewing all contracts, including the reservation contract and final deed (escritura).

    • Representation at the notary for all legal aspects.

    • Preparation of a Power of Attorney (POA) if the client cannot attend in person.

    • Assistance with obtaining the NIE (Foreigner Identification Number).

    • Registration of the property in the client’s name with the Land Registry.

    • Support with opening a Spanish bank account.

    • Presence at the notary appointment (with you or via power of attorney).

    • Calculation of property taxes and explanation of ongoing ownership costs.
